Business News: Central Gold Coast office lease
Australian travel giant Helloworld has secured space in The PC, a newly-refurbished commercial building in the heart of CBDRobina.
Helloworld has leased a 290sqm first floor space from Robina master developer, Robina Group, on a five-year lease, with a five year option, at The PC.
Robina Group has undertaken an extensive renovation of the interiors including connecting high-speed fibre internet, and modernising the facade of 36 Laver Drive, including adding more than 400sqm to offer a net lettable area of 2,112sqm.
Leasing specialist, Tania Moore of Knight Frank, said there had been plenty of interest since the refurbishment was completed in February and the property is now fully leased, with the addition of the Gold Coast Innovation Hub.
“There is high demand for quality commercial space in Robina but the vacancy rate in the precinct remains one of the tightest in the Gold Coast market,” she said.
“After undergoing renovations, The PC positioned itself as a rare opportunity for professional services seeking a modern base in the heart of the city.
“Not only does it offer proximity to the Pacific Motorway and Robina Town Centre, but it also features quality fittings, plenty of natural light and secure basement car-parking and storage.
“We had a number of enquiries from businesses in the medical, engineering and IT sectors, to name a few.”
The PC boasts modern office space over three levels, in an enviable well-connected location.
