Robina Town Centre is going gluten free this weekend at its monthly Food Markets.

With one in 100 Australians diagnosed with Coeliac disease and many more following a gluten free diet due to an intolerance or other health reasons, Gold Coast City’s largest shopping centre is keen to create an awareness of the range of gluten free products available to shoppers.

Held between 11am and 2pm this Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March, Market Days will feature live cooking demonstrations guaranteed to inspire and food sampling to tantalize the tastebuds.

The market will highlight the availability of gluten free products at Robina Town Centre with several displays from restaurants, take away food outlets and fresh food stores including Bakers Delight, Lenard’s Poultry and Charis Seafoods.

Shoppers are encouraged to try something new and grab a recipe from the recipe stand and also have the opportunity to pick up a free $5 voucher from one of the demonstrators to spend in participating fresh food outlets.

Robina Town Centre Market Days are held on the first weekend of every month in the Food Markets, located between Coles and Woolworths on level 3.
