Robina Group’s trademark terrace home design has proven a winner yet again, with its latest development, the $34 million Riverlily, selling out in less than three months.
Situated in the heart of CBDRobina, Riverlily hit the mark with buyers from the outset, with more than 60 percent of the 35 terrace homes in stage one selling out in the first week alone and a waiting list of buyers formed ahead of the launch of stage two.
In total, 71 residences were sold, representing a sales rate of almost six properties a week over the three months.
Robina Group’s Director Tony Tippett said Riverlily had all the key elements of contemporary living – including location, design, quality and pricing – with the sales rate a huge vote of confidence in the development.
“To record six sales a week is a phenomenal result and can be attributed to those Robina factors of a quality product and in a prime location.
Robina Group fast tracked Riverlily on the back of the unprecedented two day, $16 million sell-out of stage three of its CityVillage project in March, which took total CityVillage sales to $49 million in 7 months.
Riverlily is a secure managed community that will comprise a mix of fifty-seven 3 bedroom properties, including 28 waterfront homes and fourteen 2 bedroom terraces
Each terrace home has stacking glass doors opening out to either a timber deck or landscaped courtyard to complement the Gold Coast lifestyle.
Riverlily is situated on a waterfront site adjacent to an expanse of green space, offering never to be impeded sweeping views to the Surfers Paradise skyline.
Construction of stage one will commence this month and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
Mr Tippett said Riverlily terrace homes appealed to purchasers wanting to be close to shopping, dining and entertainment, while being in a secluded waterside position.
“There is a tranquil feel to the community, which overlooks a serene waterway and takes in Gold Coast City skyline views,” he said.
“It is also located across from expansive green open space, which is earmarked by Gold Coast City Council for the proposed Greenheart Parklands, an exciting prospect for purchasers.
“Every convenience or service you could need is also literally at the doorstep.
“Robina Town Centre’s shopping dining and entertainment precinct is less than 1.5 kilometres away, Transport hub is just 450 metres and the home of the Gold Coast Titan’s rugby league club, Cbus Super Stadium, and Bond University’s Institute of Health and Sport is within walking distance.
“It is also close to Robina’s expanding business hub and medical precinct and there are abundant university, school and childcare options available.”
Robina Group gave each Riverlily purchaser a year’s family membership to the support the Titans at Cbus Super Stadium.
The homes sold from $449,000 for a two bedroom plus media room and from $485,000 for a three bedroom. “It was a fantastic result,” said Mr Tippett.
