Robina Group has lodged a development application for its latest prestige apartment project, Bohème Apartments, as part of the group’s $200 million CityVillage masterplan, after pre-sales totalling more than 50 per cent of Bohème’s tower one first stage.

The $30 million boutique apartment development will feature 52 two and three bedroom apartments over seven levels in stage one.

The development plans include a future second building of nine levels, comprising 77 apartments.

Tower one has been well received by the market with 26 apartments already snapped up in the building to the tune of $15 million.

The success of Bohème Apartments follows more than $65 million in sales across the $200 million CityVillage community.

Bohème Apartments adds a vertical element to CityVillage, which has become one of Gold Coast City’s most highly sought after addresses, with previous releases of terrace homes in the community selling out in just 48 hours.

Nestled in a picturesque waterside position, residents will have direct pedestrian access around the central lake to Robina Town Centre.

Bohème’s striking tower one features contrasting elements, tying in timber with a monochrome palette, to work harmoniously with the wider CityVillage community, and will be set back from its trendy tree lined streets.
