Robina Group has brought forward the release of its latest $34 million residential community – Riverlily terrace homes – on the back of the unprecedented two day sell-out of stage 3 of its CityVillage project earlier this month.
The developer officially launched the new community, situated in the heart of Robina, this week, releasing the first stage of 35 two and three bedroom terrace homes.
The gated community will comprise a total of 71 properties when complete, including 28 waterfront homes and 11 north-east facing homes, nestled in a quiet pocket of waterside land, adjacent to an expanse of greenspace, which is earmarked by Gold Coast City Council for the significant Greenheart Parklands.
Robina Group Director Tony Tippett said the decision to release Riverlily terrace homes three months ahead of schedule was sparked by the sell-out within 48 hours of all 32 homes in stage 3 of CityVillage, for a total of $16 million.
“With so many buyers missing out at CityVillage, we decided to release Riverlily terrace homes ahead of schedule to satisfy that strong demand and we are expecting this new community will also be embraced by purchasers,” he said.
Mr Tippett said Riverlily terrace homes struck the balance between a secluded waterside oasis and the buzz of being in close proximity to a wide array of modern shopping, dining and entertainment options.
“The location is a real surprise package. It has a tranquil feel about it, overlooking a serene waterway and an expanse of green open space across to the Gold Coast City skyline,” he said.
“At the same time, it is less than 1.5 kilometres to Robina Town Centre, restaurants and cafes,450 metres to Robina train station and transport hub and within walking distance to the Titan’s home, Cbus Super Stadium.
“It is also close to the CBDRobina business hub, meaning there are a whole range of business services at the doorstep.
“Bond University‘ s Institute of Health and Sport is walking distance from Riverlily and the main campus is less than 3 kilometres away, Robina also boasts an array of public and private schools, childcare and kindergarten options.
“It provides residents with literally the best of both worlds, which is why we believe it will appeal to a diverse cross section of buyers including young families, first home buyers, downsizers and investors.”
Architecturally designed Riverlily terrace homes will include a mix of two and three bedroom homes, with a media room, either a double garage or single garage plus extra car space, in a secure gated community.
It will include five terrace home designs, including new home styles with open plan living areas, galley kitchens and double car garages, as well as large media rooms upstairs and huge outdoor terraces.
Internally, the contemporary homes will feature streamlined cabinetry and timber texture tiles through the living and kitchen with smart and thoughtful storage space and wall to wall stacking glass doors opening on to waterside decks or private outdoor entertainment areas, maximising indoor-outdoor living.
Externally, the homes incorporate a mix of materials with contrasting charcoals and natural tones, creating a striking modern streetscape.
The first stage will include 35 homes, including a manager’s terrace and resident-only pool.
“Residents will enjoy relaxing beside the sparkling pool, which features a cascading waterfall, and a barbeque entertainment area with inbuilt seating and timber decking allowing the outdoors to flow in,” Mr Tippett said.
Stage one construction is due to commence at the end of May and be completed by the end of the year.
Every purchaser will receive a year’s family membership to the support the Titans at Cbus Super Stadium.
The homes are priced from $449,000. For further information, please contact Azura Griffen on 55 933 911.
