The builders of Paddington Terraces @ Robina, Condev Construction, took out the award for Best Townhouse/Villa Development in Queensland at the 2013 Housing Industry Association Awards last week.
The award, presented at the Brisbane Hilton Hotel on Friday, acknowledges Condev Construction’s excellence with the building delivery of Paddington Terraces, which they were contracted to build for developer Robina Group.
HIA Queensland’s Executive Director Warwick Temby said the HIA Awards recognise the achievements of Queensland companies and individuals who lead the way in professionalism, design, construction, innovation and technology in housing.
“The awards are a strong statement of the commitment of HIA members in Queensland to deliver quality housing that will stand the test of time,” he said.
Robina Group’s Paddington Terraces @ Robina is a modern take on the traditional terrace home located in central CBDRobina. The development, which sold out just weeks after construction was completed, features 82 two and three bedroom residences.
