Robina Group has pushed forward another release of new homes at its $200 million CityVillage, following unprecedented sales momentum across its residential developments in Robina.
Since the start of the year, Robina Group has notched up close to $62 million in sales across its CityVillage and Riverlily projects, both located at the heart of Robina.
The previous stage of 35 homes at CityVillage sold out in just two days, for a total of $16 million, following their release in March.
Strong sales in the first stage of Riverlily terrace homes, launched in April, prompted the developer to fast track the second and final stage of that project, with just a few terrace homes now remaining, priced from $449,000.
The new stage at CityVillage, stage four, will comprise 33 three bedroom homes, including 20 premium waterside properties overlooking a lake, with prices starting from $529,000.
The release includes the first three level homes at CityVillage, which feature a courtyard on the lower level plus balcony to the main living space, with a total of three separate living spaces, three bedrooms, a media room, two bathrooms and a powder room.
When the first four stages are complete, CityVillage will feature a total of 130 terrace homes across a four hectare lakefront site fronting The Crestway, Robina Parkway and Christine Avenue, just a stone’s throw from the Robina Town Centre.
Robina Group residential sales manager Azura Griffen said demand was outpacing supply for new properties in Robina, creating a need to bring more homes to the market.
“A lot of buyers missed out on the previous stage at CityVillage, because it sold out so quickly, and they have been waiting for us to release the next stage of the project,” she said.
“The level of interest in property in Robina is only continuing to rise and we’ve been fast tracking the design and construction of our developments just to keep pace.
“Robina is a highly sought after residential address because of the unparalleled mix of amenities on offer literally at the doorstep, including Robina Town Centre, schools, Hospital, Bond University and Cbus Super Stadium, and its relative ease of access.”
William Moran purchased a three bedroom, double garage, home in stage three of CityVillage, after missing out on the previous stage.
“Stage two went so quickly and when we went to view stage three there were only four remaining, so we were fortunate to secure our place in the community,” he said.
“We already had a home in Robina, but wanted something that was easier to maintain and being a brand new property, we knew we would get that.
“Our existing home sold within a week of going to the market, so everything just fell into place.”
Mr Moran said he moved to Robina in 2001 and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
“It is so easy to get around and a very livable area,” he said.
“CityVillage itself is close to the Robina Town Centre, the highway and all the amenities that I use on a regular basis, so it is a really convenient lifestyle.
“I’m originally from the UK, where I lived in a terrace home, so I loved the easy maintenance that came with it, which allows more time to pursue my hobbies.”
All homes in stage four of CityVillage will include three bedrooms, a media room, two bathrooms and a powder room.
Ms Griffen said they would also offer gourmet kitchens with stone bench tops, quality European appliances, study nooks and abundant storage spaces, along with the latest interiors and styling, in-line with cutting-edge architectural trends.
“The new release will include the first three level waterside homes to be offered in the precinct, which have been modeled on the latest design trends,” she said.
“Like all homes in CityVillage, they will also offer a truly ‘walkable’ lifestyle, with direct pedestrian access to the Robina Town Centre
“All of the homes are also freehold, which is appealing to purchasers as it means there are no body corporate fees to consider.”
