A Gold Coast Christmas Competition in the Spirit of Giving

This year, the insideR team has decided to run a Christmas competition with a difference.

We’re playing Santa with a $3,000 donation from Robina Group. We want YOU, our insideR readers and CBDRobina social followers, to nominate your favourite and most deserving charity, cause or local community/sporting group for us to donate to this festive season.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Follow CDBRobina on at least one social media platform.
    You can see all of our social accounts here.
  2. Nominate your favourite non-profit local charity, community group or sports club on our “Christmas Charity Competition” post/s.  Tell us what they do that makes them special / worthy of a donation.  Make sure you @tag them if they have a social media page so they can see you have nominated them.
  3. We will select a winning charity or club to receive a $3,000 donation.  PLUS whoever nominated them, will win a $200 Robina Town Centre voucher (if multiple people nominate the same recipient, we will randomly draw one winner for the nomination prize).
  4. Subscribe to insideR.  We will announce the winner in our December insideR email.
  5. That’s it! Have yourself a merry little Christmas and feel good about doing good!

  • We must be able to contact someone in a position of authority at the local club or charity to receive the donation.
  • We may take photographs or write an article on the club or charity for our insideR newsletter.
  • The nominator must be a follower of CBDRobina and a subscriber of insideR to receive their $100 voucher (we will contact you via email to arrange collection).
  • The nominator must be able to collect their prize from Robina Group office in The Rocket, and a photo will be taken for social media.
  • The winner/s must respond to contact attempts within 48 hours – we reserve the right to select another winner.
  • Skill plays no part in the competition.  Judges’ decision is final.
  • Entries close midnight 5 December 2018.
