Data from the past 12 months shows Gold Coast City apartments in suburbs such as Robina and Varsity Lakes, have proven much more popular with buyers than the traditional, million dollar bracket, ocean view apartments in Gold Coast City’s Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.
According to a Brisbane Times article, Gold Coast City property buyers are moving away from the traditional ocean side apartments in favour of “fringe suburb apartments”.
