Gold Coast City is transforming. The construction phase for infrastructure has begun this year ahead of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and according to Rosanne Barrett’s 14 March article in The Australian, this phase brings with it a 40% increase in apartment developments across the city.
