The streets of CityVillage have had their names officially approved by Gold Coast City Council. Drawing on inspiration from vibrant global cities, the theme which developer Robina Group have applied to the street names for CityVillage brings an international element to the brand new terrace home development located in the heart of Robina, Gold Coast City.
The entrance road into CityVillage from The Crestway, Robina, has been named Brooklyn Crescent. Residents will then turn onto York Street, to access the first of the four stages of CityVillage. Parnell Boulevard will wrap around to connect the outer terrace homes and Fairlight Avenue and Surrey Lane will become the inner street and rear laneway respectively.
It has been a long-standing Robina tradition to have both street and building names which hail from cities around the world, all over Robina there are names inspired by successful national and international cities including Sydney Melbourne, New York and London.
The vision for Robina has always been as a world-class city since it’s masterplanned inception in 1980 and with the amazing wealth of international talent who came together to create Robina, it is truly fitting that this tradition now continues into the newest residential installment at CityVillage.
The visionary Robina masterplan is the brainchild of Dr Robin Loh, an international entrepreneur who was born and grew up in Indonesia. Three top international masterplanners were also involved in bringing the masterplan vision to life; Boston based Moshe Safdie designed the Robina Masterplan, Robert Lamb Hart of New York created the urban blueprint for CBDRobina and Robina Town Centre was designed by John Jerde and Associates of Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California.
The CityVillage streetscapes and waterside pathways, which will connect CityVillage directly to Robina Town Centre, will all feature established landscaping, flowing on from the already serene tree-lined entrance road, The Crestway.
The landscaping is designed to offset the modern exteriors of the CityVillage terrace homes, each of which will have a unique facade, combining urban texture with natural elements in their designs.
The three bedroom plus media homes released in the first stage of CityVillage have been selling quickly with buyers attracted to the lifestyle benefits of being located just 450 metres walk to Robina Town Centre and the proximity to Bond University, Robina hospital, train station and the vibrant CBDRobina.
The CityVillage display centre is open 10am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday at The Crestway, Robina.
