The second round of the ITU World Triathlon will be hosted by Gold Coast City this weekend, with the world’s best triathletes competing for the the podium.
Starting on Saturday 9 April, triathletes from around the globe including Olympic contenders will compete on the sprint distance course in Gold Coast City in preparation of the 2016 Rio Olympics.
On Sunday 10 April an age group triathlon including Sprint, Enticer and SuperkidZ distances will commence.
The event is building up to the 2018 WTS Grand Final and Commonwealth Games.

Gold Coast Triathlon – 750m swim | 20km cycle | 5km run
Gold Coast Enticer Tri – 300m swim | 10km cycle | 2.5km run
Gold Coast Superkidz Tri – 100m swim | 2km cycle | 400m run
