The Robina Group has wrapped up construction of its $40 million Paddington Terraces at Robina as the project’s unique style and central location continues to appeal to a wide range of buyers.

With the project nearing a sell-out, the 82-home development has proven a winner with a broad demographic; from first time home buyers and small families through to empty-nesters and investors.

The distinctively modern project, which kicked off early last year, delivers a 21st century take on the traditional Sydney terrace in a high growth precinct at the geographic heart of Gold Coast City.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett said to the delight of eager buyers, builder Condev Construction delivered the project on schedule.

Mr Tippett said the development’s design, quality, location and price point had been well received by the market and ultimately had found strong traction with buyers.

“To have only the final few homes left for sale at this point reflects the project’s extraordinary success in the midst of a challenging wider market,” he said.

“But strong fundamentals have held Paddington Terraces in great stead by ticking the right boxes for buyers.

“It demonstrates that there is a rising market out there for the right product in the right place.”

First-time home buyer Stefanie Price said she had been impressed with the quality of the finishes at Paddington Terraces after inspecting a lot of other properties.

“I loved the fact that it was brand new and so well built with fantastic finishes,” she said.

“The terrace-style development gives me a greater sense of security and the location is great because I can walk to the gym and to Robina Town Centre.”

Mr Tippett said Miss Price’s sentiments were echoed by other residents at Paddington Terraces.

“The feedback has been very positive and our final group of buyers is looking forward to immersing themselves in the CBDRobina lifestyle now that construction is finished,” he said.

The terraces feature open plan living spaces and include a media room, powder room and internal garage access, as well as private covered and fenced courtyards accessed from the living areas through wall-to-wall glass stacking doors.

Paddington Terraces fronts Laver Drive and is a short walk to Robina Town Centre’s shopping, dining and entertainment precinct.

It is close to Skilled Park Stadium, CBDRobina’s medical, education, business and transport hubs, and a two-minute drive to the Pacific Motorway (M1).

The on-site sales office and display is open from 10am-5pm Wednesday to Sunday.
