If you drive down the booming Scottsdale Drive in CBD Robina, you will pass two completed developments and another one in progress that have something in common – these projects, developed by Robina Group, were also all built/being built by Rawcorp.
Rawcorp has been undertaking Gold Coast City developments since 2005, and the builder has been an integral part of constructing Robina’s bustling business precinct. Rawcorp now are busy with Stage 1 and 2 of Robina Group’s newest commercial undertaking – CityPods. On completion, CityPods will comprise a mosaic of fifteen stand-alone, two-storey offices on Scottsdale Drive, a unique new commercial office concept in the heart of Gold Coast City’s most exciting CBD.
Rawcorp director David Walton says CityPods is an exciting development to be involved with because of its cutting-edge materials and design features.
“I would call it a striking design, with its vibrant colours, ease of access, good use of space and modern finishes,” he says.
In addition to Gold Coast City, Rawcorp complete projects in Northern New South Wales, Brisbane and surrounding areas. With eight projects on the go and having recently signed contracts for more projects of over $7 million, David says Rawcorp are looking forward to continuing their working relationship with Robina Group as they continue to grow.
“We’re expanding, and we have a good relationship with our repeat clients like Robina Group and others in Brisbane and Gold Coast City.”
Stages 1 and 2 of City Pods are nearing completion and stand-alone commercial office space is now available for sale and for lease.
