The arrival of a new osteopathy practice has returned the Campus Alpha office complex at CBDRobina to 100 per cent occupancy.

Full Circle Health has taken a lease on a 93sqm tenancy on the first floor of the striking three-level building at the heart of CBDRobina’s established medical precinct.

The new practice, headed by Dr Tim Crowe, secured a five-year lease with a five-year option on the space.

Dr Crowe said he believed that the CBDRobina location would not only enable him to transfer his previous, Currumbin-based practice most efficiently, but also give him the best opportunity to expand his business.

“I live in Robina and so do many of my existing patients, so it’s a win-win on that front,” he said.

“But the greatest benefit of operating from the Robina health hub is that it makes my practice more accessible to more people.

“In simple terms, Robina is easy to get to for most of Gold Coast City’s population, and it’s a place that patients like to visit.

“I liked the space itself, the central position of the building and the fact that Campus Alpha is next to Queensland Health’s recently completed Robina Health Precinct.”

The Robina Health Precinct is centred on the major hospital at Robina and includes a Queensland Health auxiliary services centre and a fast growing number of medical providers.

The leasing deal returns Campus Alpha to a full complement of tenants, including Shine Lawyers, Mineral Technologies, Queensland Health, Snap Printing, EIM Training and Clear Smiles Orthodontics.

Campus Alpha comprises 4400sqm of office space and was developed by Robina Group in 2008.

Robina Group general manager Hylton Slater said the deal followed strong leasing interest in Campus Alpha and the wider CBDRobina office precinct, which enjoys the city’s lowest vacancy rate.

“We continue to find that as soon as quality CBDRobina office or medical space becomes available it gets taken up very fast,” he said.

“Businesses generally are attracted to CBDRobina because of its concentration of business activity, its urban-regional reach, and the fact that it’s where people want to work.

“In terms of the health and medical field, CBDRobina has certainly become the established ‘capital’ for the central and southern parts of the city.”

The lease was negotiated by Marcus Weld, of Robina Marketing Australia, at an undisclosed rate, and includes three basement car parking spaces.

Campus Alpha has been awarded a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating which has recently been renewed.
