Construction activity along Robina’s busy arterial, Scottsdale Drive is mounting, with works nearing completion on a new Masters Home Improvement Centre on a 3.16 hectare site at the corner of Christine Avenue and Scottsdale Drive.
QIC (Queensland Investment Corporation), who also owns nearby Robina Town Centre, is building the 13,000 square metre retail warehouse which will be be anchored by Masters Home Improvements.
The bulk of the construction works have now been completed including the carparking, landscaping and even signage is in place – all that remains now is for the shelves to be stocked and the shopping to begin!
Scheduled to open in March 2014, the development (reportedly worth $15.75M) will also include ancillary services and facilities including a fast food outlet and drive-through pick up.

Nearby, also on Scottsdale Drive, construction was recently completed on Stage 1 of Robina Group’s commercial project CityPods with the second stage of offices due to be completed at the end of this month.
Also recently completed in this booming central commercial corridor between Robina and Burleigh Heads, were a 7 Eleven service station and convenience centre and Robina Storage Centre’s new stage of self storage units – both of which opened in December 2013.
