We are pleased to announce that our contracts department at Robina Group has just advised that Stage 1 in CityPods has now received titles registration from the Department of Natural Resources and Mines.
This is excellent news, meaning that the first four of these two-storey stand-alone office pods are now ready to move in. Office Pods 1 and 4 in Stage 1 remain available for sale and for lease and have floor areas of 208 and 250 square metres respectively.
Stage 2 (which was fast-tracked due to the high level of enquiry for Stage 1) is also nearing completion, with the finishing touches currently being put on a further four offices ranging from 163 to 283 square metres.
Since this exciting new project has been getting close to completion, it has been very rewarding taking people through these impressive and very unique office spaces. The feedback has been amazing, with people loving the light-filled open spaces, polished concrete floors, feature timber staircases, custom timber/concrete reception desks and the overall unique project vibrancy and opportunity for signage exposure to the busy Scottsdale Drive.
