Construction at CityPods on Scottsdale Drive is progressing at speed and Stage 1 is on track for an end of year completion.
It seems like just yesterday we were launching the first four stand-alone Office Pods in this unique new project, which will ultimately comprise 15 two-storey Office Pods.
Now we are just weeks away from completion, with the first occupants getting set to move into their new CBDRobina business address in early 2014.
The above satellite image, showing the extent of the works on the CBDRobina site, was taken in early October and builder, Rawcorp has already progressed construction even further. As at our site inspection today, roofs were on, windows are in and exterior rendering/painting is progressing.
Currently underway or to be commenced shortly:
- Feature timber stairs
- Polished concrete floors
- Kitchen cabinets & coloured graphic glass splashbacks
- Architecturally designed reception desks
- Designer carpets
- External metalwork screens & sunhoods
