Robina is set to welcome a new superstore, with leading home improvement retailer Bunnings Warehouse set to open. Situated on the corner of Scottsdale Drive and Christine Avenue, opposite Robina Automall and next to brand new Robina Home + Life Centre, Bunnings will further expand the retail and showroom precinct.

According to Bunnings Queensland South State Operations Manager, Margaret Walford, Robina made perfect sense as the next location for Bunnings Gold Coast City, citing the central location and vibrant community as contributing factors.
“We chose to open a store in Robina to further complement our Gold Coast network. Once completed, the Robina Warehouse will be the seventh Bunnings Warehouse to open on the Gold Coast,” Ms. Walford said.
“The new Bunnings Warehouse Robina will be located within a masterplanned community that has excellent access to the major arterial roads on the Gold Coast,” she said.
With conversion and reformatting works already underway and progressing as planned at the new Bunnings Warehouse in Robina, customers can expect doors to open early December.
Upon completion, the new Bunnings Warehouse Robina, will span over 10,000 square metres and employ over 110 team members, further boosting the growing workforce of Robina, which is already a major employment hub, boasting over 20,000 employees.
The warehouse will feature a two-lane timber drive-thru, large nursery, kitchen and bathroom displays, café, kids playground and car parking for over 320 cars.
The new Bunnings in Robina showcases continuing job creation and a constant expansion of Robina’s retail offerings, which reflect the research and government endorsement of Robina’s future vision.
Experts predict future growth in Robina to encompass Gold Coast City’s largest office precinct, a doubled workforce and a $3.4 billion increase in economy, all by 2050.
