Following the successful leasing of the office space in central CBDRobina’s premier office tower, The Rocket, a ground floor retail space is now available for lease.
The 71 square metre tenancy, which was used as a display centre for The Rocket, fronts Robina Town Centre Drive and has a 28 square metre licensed outdoor area which can accommodate tables and chairs.
The space is fitted out, has air-conditioning, lighting, kitchenette and polished concrete floors.
Robina Group’s general manager Hylton Slater said there were only a limited number of retail opportunities at street level of The Rocket with exposure to Robina Town Centre Drive.
“It would be perfect for any business that requires a high traffic location as it is located in a prime spot fronting the busy Robina Town Centre Drive,” said Mr Slater.
“The tenancy would be perfect for a real estate agency, a professional services firm or for a food outlet. There is ample parking at The Rocket with 79 visitor bays in the basement and on-grade.”
Mr Slater said The Rocket was fast approaching full occupancy and the display that occupied the ground level space had relocated to a higher level within the building.
Adjoining tenancies provided for a range of uses and included a coffee shop, 24 hour gym, hairdresser and Credit Union.
“The precinct around The Rocket is becoming extremely active and with the Robina Hospital and the Robina Train Station and bus interchange nearby this level of activity will only increase,” he said.
