Parents across South East Queensland collectively celebrated as school went back last week. Now, there’s more good news for Mums, Dads and more, with a population / interstate migration boom seeing schools upgrade their infrastructure. As a result, house prices in these catchments are increasing.

South East Queensland’s rapidly growing population is seeing a wave of buyers attracted to new developments under construction within close proximity to top schools.

With record numbers of migrants now coming from not only across Australia but across the globe, schools are upscaling their offerings to world-class to meet the increase in enrolments.

The State Government released new school catchment maps last year, with major changes to the zone for Queensland’s top ranked public high school — Brisbane State High — where approximately half of all Year 12 students received OPs between 1 and 5 last year. The homes that have remained in the catchment are projected to increase in value.

Robina is renowned for its central Gold Coast location and its close proximity to some of the most well respected schools and universities in the city – and in some cases, the country.

Two of the top schools in Queensland are located in Gold Coast’s geographic heart. Demand for easy access to these schools is seeing a surge in property sales in Robina.
