Who doesn’t love a garden party? A relaxed vibe, outside under an umbrella or tree with a gentle breeze blowing, birds chirping and the sun shining. We love garden parties so much we decided to build a dedicated garden gallery so we could enjoy one every day!
It all started with a daring dream, our Sales Manager, Azura Griffen wanted to create something truly unique for Robina Group’s latest display centre for Vue Terrace Homes. She wanted to give our visitors a memorable experience as well as a glimpse into what the finished development would actually feel like.
Robina Group engaged local landscape architects Planit Consulting to bring the idea from a rough sketch to a fully fleshed out landscaped garden gallery.
The concept was to move through zones that are reflective of the finished community we are building, from the expansive Robina City Parklands which lie adjacent to Vue Terrace Homes, to the elevated pool and barbeque area, which will feature several relaxation zones and a water feature which was locally designed and constructed. The gallery also includes finishes and images that will be incorporated into Vue Terrace Homes, interspersed with images of the finished project and culminating in an ascent to an elevated platform where visitors can take in the view across the parklands to the stunning views of the Gold Coast City skyline.
It has taken several months of planning and construction to bring the vision to life but Robina Group were recently able to officially open the garden galley, which we have called the open-air gallery walk.
When our Vue Terrace Homes onsite sales team welcome people to our brand new sales and display centre, they first come into a more traditional sales office building, where they can look at the masterplan, floor plans and artist impressions of the project we are building. As people move through to the back verandah and see the garden gallery for the first time, comments like ‘wow, how nice is this’ and ‘oh, how charming’ can often be heard.
The open-air galley walk is open seven days a week and the Vue team will make you a cup of tea and take you for a stroll through the garden. There are several spots to sit down and relax and soak up the atmosphere.
We then offer a chauffeur service to our nearby furnished display homes to allow people to walk through one of our award winning terrace home designs and picture themselves living there.
Stage one of Vue Terrace Homes has just commenced construction and is now 80% sold out with the terrace homes proving popular with both locals and interstate buyers.
