A time capsule of home development in Robina

You can buy a house, but it’s not always a home.

A house is a material thing – it’s made of concrete, timber and nails … and yes a few more finishes that are more refined.  Something Robina Group has a reputation for doing really well.   A home on the other hand, is a cherished place where you feel secure, yet free.  It can be a reflection of your personality and lifestyle, and if you fill it with those treasures, loved pieces and memories you have carefully collected, then you, friend, have made yourself a home – a haven, a place of comfort to relax and unwind with family and friends.

For almost four decades, Robina Group has been creating vibrant communities with fresh and inviting interiors to give people the perfect canvas to begin creating their homes.

We are going to take you on a journey back in time through a selection of Robina Group projects and look at some of the home interiors Robina Group has delivered to our beautiful Robina community over the recent years.

Robina’s latest Terrace Home development, Vue Terrace Homes

Below is Vue Terrace Home’s Scheme C design, which eludes a harmonious, clean feel. Inspiring blanc de blanc kitchen and champagne oak timber loose-lay longboard flooring. The perfect palette for a clean, yet warming aesthetic. This palette is perfect to fill with your own vibe and allows for any colour to be introduced.

Boheme Apartments

Currently under construction – the contemporary facade of Boheme is starting to be revealed – not long now…

Below is the “Soho” scheme interior. The overall effect is modern, bohemian yet refined and elegant. The striking combination of black and white perfectly balanced by the beachy ash, bleached timber look flooring sets the “chic scene” and demands attention. This space was designed with the word Bohème in mind and styled as slightly tribal and a little bit beatnik. A favourite for sure.

Botanique Terrace Homes

The striking Botanique, which you cant miss along Cheltenham Drive, is currently under construction with Stage One now complete.

An exceptionally high demand development, Botanique sold out very quickly – a testament to our sales manager Azura and her team, and of course the design and construction team at Robina Group.

The below palette shown in our Scheme A – 7B design, is an enticing combination, enriched with warming tones, tactile textures and crisp, raw, cool whites and powder greys.  Polytech’s natural oak cabinetry is paired with crisp white, satin 2-pac and is the perfect warmer to the large format concrete look lappato tiles. The rich timber staircase leading to the upper level features our quirky, secret stair draws for extra hidden storage.

Riverlily Terrace Homes

We may be biased, but to us, nothing feels like ‘home’ more than a country setting complemented by water views. Riverlily, completed in 2015, is nestled along the waterfront with an outlook of green pastures and the humble “Robina cows” basking in the sun (oblivious to their local fame). This was the perfect inspiration to deliver a heat. felt country vibe, with warm timber look tiles, all white 2-pac kitchen and large stone island bench for the family to gather around. The vintage subway tile splash back set in a brick lay pattern adds depth and charm. The styling is filled with greenery and pale greys and timbers to create that homely humble vibe.

CityVillage Terrace Homes

The cool scheme 5A design is made for the minimalist who likes to live simply – but don’t be fooled, the storage and space in this home is incredible. The swirly grey tiles were a hit with buyers and the feature double-edged cornice and extra high ceiling work a treat in this design to create that spacious and airy vibe. The continuation of the interior tiles to the alfresco living and lounging area also gives that endless feeling of space. An inviting clean home design is a great inspiration to de-clutter and live simply only with your most loved possessions… Quite perfect really. The styling is fresh and cool with the use of glass top dining and light coloured bobble rug for warmth and light reflection.
