JUMP INTO CHRISTMAS AT EASY T CENTRE’S EASY WISH GIVEAWAY DAY
Grab the whole family and head to Easy T Centre at Robina because there’s something for everyone at Easy T’s Easy Wish Giveaway Day!
On December 16 from 10am to 1pm, Easy T will be a hive of activity with kids’ cooking classes, food tasting and kids’ entertainment including face painting, balloon twisting, arts and crafts and fairy floss. As the name suggest, there will also be plenty of prizes and giveaways!
In the lead up to Easy Wish Giveaway Day, Easy T Centre will be granting Christmas wishes, with cash prizes of up to $1,000 on offer. Simply visit any retailer at Easy T Centre from November 29 – December 18, make a purchase in any store and pick up an entry form. Write down your Christmas wish and it could come true!

TEG LIVE HOLIDAY PLAYDATE
In a world first, TEG LIVE has created HOLIDAY PLAYDATE and is bringing the holiday-themed festival, jam-packed with entertainment, to Robina’s CBUS Super Stadium.
With live shows starring Captain Barnacles in ‘The Octonauts Christmas Rescue’ and superstar appearances from Sesame Street’s Elmo and Cookie Monster, there’s no other place to be.
Running December 15-17, the festival will include interactive play zones for Nerf, Transformers and My Little Pony fans (to name a few) as well as an Ice Age ice rink, giant versions of game-night staples like Connect Four and Operation, and a parents’ zone.

NEW YEARS EVE LOCAL EVENTS
1. ROBINA TOWN CENTRE, PROMENADE
Enjoy a lakeside meal and free live entertainment as you say goodbye to 2017 and ring in the new year. Robina Town Centre’s Promenade precinct puts on a great family-friendly event every year which allows you to kick back and relax while the kids are entertained.
Festivities kick off at 5pm and if you book a table at one of The Promenade’s many restaurants and you will have a front row seat for one of Gold Coast’s best fireworks displays at 9pm.

2. VARSITY LAKES, LAKE ORR STAGE
Division 11 Councillor Hermann Vorster invites you to a free community gathering on New Year’s Eve on the new waterfront stage on Varsity Parade. The event starts at 5.30pm with live entertainment, kids’ activities and an assortment of delicious food trucks.
Local cafe favourite, Blackboard Coffee, will also swing open their doors with a special menu offering for the evening. Bring your picnic blanket and your favourite people and watch a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Orr at 8.30pm. Then head on over to the after party venue, Hotel CBD, on Lake Street for more live music.
