You can tell a lot in a casual walk past a restaurant or cafe. The first impression strolling past Coming Home Co is the warmth emanating from within together with the bustling vibe of tables busy with all walks of life. You’ll find business groups having meetings over coffee, families enjoying the range of fresh juices and snacks, and couples cosying it up over a hearty meal.

Regular readers will know by now that the team behind insideR is master developer, Robina Group – responsible for numerous residential and commercial projects across this central hub. Critical to our ongoing success is our network of local real estate agents and we love nothing more than to treat our valued agents with a scrummy breakfast, lunch or dinner at some of our favourite local restaurants. Venue of choice for our agent breakfasts is none other than Coming Home Co.

It’s no secret we love our food here at insideR. We’ve sampled the noms from all over Robina and we just cant stay away from a Coming Home Co breakfast. So much so we’ve racked up some pretty impressive ‘frequent flyer’ points on our loyalty card.

We love the authentic and wholesome foods – there are no tiny, fancy morsels on a large plate here. We’re talking nutritious and hearty dishes that make you feel like you’re home – hence the name!

Our hot breakky favourites off the Coming Home Co menu are:

Coffee – of course no breakfast is complete without one, but we will say it is good. Really good!
Eggs Benny on Sourdough – a morning classic. So good that if you’re anything like our Commercial Sales & Leasing Manager, once you try the CHC Eggs Benny, you’ll never even try another breakfast item on the menu …. which is a shame because…
*drool* sorry, I’m hungry just thinking about the next one…
Pulled Beef on Pumpkin Seed Toast (gf option) – I’m so partial to this one it really is my go to. This is one of those breakfasts you have and you just know you’re not going to want lunch … or maybe even dinner. It is a very filling yet incredibly tasty dish. A MUST TRY!!
Pumpkin Pie Pancakes – say no more. Yum. Also a very Instaworthy dish – check it out here 🙂
Love at First Sight – nope that’s not a missprint. This one’s on the menu and trust us, you need to try it. If you don’t like surprises, we’ll spill the juice. It’s juice. And pretty damn fine juice. Liked by big kids and small ones alike.
Maple Glazed Ham / Bacon – There’s a few menu items which feature this unique taste and I’m a big fan … but hey what’s not to love about bacon? I’ll be honest though, from the many people we’ve shouted breakfast there has been mixed reviews. Most of our guests LOVE this specialty, and others not so … but you should definitely be the judge and let us know if the sweet + savoury combo is to your liking.

The best part? There is an ALL DAY breakfast menu! Of course, there are many other lunch and dinner options too, so why not try them for yourself and send us your review!?
