Robina Group’s $170 million Vue Terrace Homes is starting to take shape, with buyers already investing more than $88 million in the central Robina community.
Hutchinson Builders are making fantastic progress with the construction of Vue Terrace Homes.
The $170 million community has really come up out of the ground with rows of stage one homes now sitting in place on the elevated podium.
Inside these homes, stairs are going in, walls are being sheeted and it won’t be long until we will start to see the scaffolding come down from some homes.
Over 200 people are on site every day and more than 2,000 people will work on the project in total creating a major local employment and economic boost.

The Management Rights for Vue Terrace Homes have also been sold for $5 million, breaking all previous Robina records. Experienced operators TDK Management have secured the rights and will have an onsite management presence from March next year,
