With over 6,600 athletes and sporting officials currently on the Gold Coast for one of the world’s largest sporting events, locals will be well and truly in spectator mode when they welcome their favourite NRL side home later this month.

The Gold Coast Titans will be back on home turf at Cbus Super Stadium in Robina on Saturday, April 28, for Round 8, when they will take on Cronulla Sutherland Sharks.

Our boys will be in action from 5pm, with crowd favourite, Konrad Hurrell, putting his best foot forward for the occasion. The club funny-man, with an infectious sense of humour, is loved for his work both on and off the field – and celebrated 100 NRL games last month.

A home game means the Lions Club of Robina will also be fundraising with their popular ‘Titans Game Day Doubles’  initiative. Since 2008, the volunteers, in conjunction with Gold Coast Titans, have raised more than $430,000 towards community initiatives and programs.

The top number under the flap of the ‘Doubles’ ticket reveals the first try scorer for the Titans, while the bottom number represents the first try scorer for the away team. If both the numbers match up, you are a winner!

Those who purchase a winning $2 ticket are in the draw to take home $200 while the $5 ‘Doubles’ could see you win $500. Your generosity gives you the opportunity to win big.

Whether it’s a family night out, date night or a celebration of the weekend with friends, make sure you head down to see your sporting heroes tackle Round 8!

Getting there:

With Robina Rail Station just a hop, skip and a jump (approximately 350 metres) from Cbus Super Stadium, why not ride the train? There is a lift available for those with mobility issues.

A taxi rank is also located in Centreline Place, adjacent to Gate B, available on event days only.

There is no general public parking at the venue, but limited parking is available to purple (ADPP) Disabled Parking Permit holders only. This is located on Stadium Drive on the Eastern side of Cbus Super Stadium.
