Mortgage Choice has just landed at The Rocket with a brand new office.
The branch officially opened its doors with celebratory drinks and canapes at the iconic Robina landmark on the 10th of May and a meet & greet was held on the 18th of May.
Franchise owner Renee Polden said she was excited to finally open the new branch.
“It’s been a long time coming and lots of planning. I spent three years at our previous location before making the move, so I have incorporated what worked well there into the design,” she said.
“I have to spend many hours of the day here so I wanted it to be comfortable and be a place my staff and I want to come to work each day.”
Renee said Mortgage Choice is about customer service and that will be the main focus moving forwards.
“We are different to everyone else and it is all about the customer experience with us. We are in a unique position where we are paid the same no matter which loan the customer chooses.”
