DEVELOPMENT SITES FOR SALE IN ROBINA & TOWN PLANNING BENEFITS

With Robina being a sought after destination for residents and businesses, it’s no wonder demand is also high for development sites.  Approved, development-ready sites in central Gold Coast are few and far between.  To meet this demand Robina Group has released to the market an approved commercial site on Scottsdale Drive with offers to purchase closing 22 November – Read our article and find out more about this site for sale here.

The Robina Central Planning Agreement (RCPA), enacted under an Act of Parliament, guides the development of land in Robina and provides town planning advantages including reduced approval time-frames and infrastructure charges benefits.

A further four sites in Stadium Village and one in Campus Crescent have recently settled, following recent campaigns which saw pent up demand for boutique sites, which were subdivided to accommodate this high demand.  Read more about the Anytime Fitness Gym coming soon to Stadium Village here.
